This six-cylinder Rolls-Royce Hawk engine was built by Brazil Straker in Fishponds. It powered small airships (“blimps”) on long anti-submarine patrols. Most of the larger Rolls-Royce Falcon V-12 engines used in the Bristol Fighter were also Fishponds-built. Loaned by Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust
