Duncan Mcleer worked with the RAF as a Weapons Technician from 1990 to 2011. He lost his leg following a shrapnel injury in 2006, and was discharged from active service.

He now works as a Housing Support Officer at Alabaré Bristol Home for Veterans. Alabaré is a Christian charity which supports veterans from the armed forces who have found it difficult to move back into to civilian life. They have three homes in Bristol, and others across the South West.

In this interview Duncan talks about his own experiences and the support he gives to other veterans.
