'Shiny shoes filled with flowers were placed on the coffin of one lady, offering an illustration of the way she 'waltzed her way through the last few years of life'. ... She talked often of how her retirement was going to be filled with ballroom dancing. She had this dream fulfilled for six years ... This coffin gift gave an interesting dilemma to the family; should the shoes go with the deceased so that she could 'teach the angels to foxtrot' or should they keep the shoes to remind them of her? They bought her a new pair to take on her final journey and kept her original pair.'
