Probably Hong Kong, China (circa 1905). Traditional burial in south-eastern China was a three-stage process. After being buried for 7-10 years the bones were exhumed, cleaned and reburied in large ceramic jars placed on a hillside outside of the village. The last move was for the bones to be placed in a family tomb.
