: 'Lost' is a kiln-cast glass sculpture depicting a view of a forest in transparent turquoise glass which can be viewed from two sides. The surface of the piece is cast to resemble cylindrical tree trunks topped with rounded leaf canopies. A minimalist outline of a human figure is moulded into the surface on each of the two sides, each may be seen from the opposite side of the sculpture. Over the right-hand side, an orange crescent moon is fused to the body of the piece above the outline of the forest. 'Lost' an object displayed in the 'Ahead of the Curve : New china from China', an exhibition of contemporary ceramics and glass
