Glazed porcelain miniature sugar bowl and cover. The design is blue and white (Delft) and Chinese in style. The painted design depicts two Chinese style huts in a grassy landscape, with birds in the sky and either the moon or the sun on the sugar bowl. The rim of the sugar bowl lid is decorated with a linear pattern round the edge. There are two blurred designs on the top of the lid that resemble pools of water and sailboats. Simplified birds are painted on the lid of the bowl.

Slipware jug. Inscribed around neck: 'ROBARD:LUSLE:1684'; below handle: 'JAMES//HUGHESON'. The jug has a wide-shouldered form with a short wide neck and pouring lip; there is a strap loop handle with wide a central groove. The jug has a reddish-brown glaze with yellow/cream slip decoration: elaborate S-scrolls alternating with double-lozenge and hearts, tassels, slip bands around the top and bottom of the neck and above the base; the slip trails all stamped with different designs.

Copper enamelled candlestick. The candlestick has intricate low relief patterns. The base is triangle shaped and has two figures that resemble centaurs. Their upper bodies hold shields and bats. There are scrolled flowers and leaves beneath the figures. There are three ball shapes (torus) on the shaft of the candlestick. These balls and the shaft have relief foliate and scrolling patterns. There is a lip beneath the vessel that holds the candlestick (where wax is collected). This is decorated with coloured scalloped foliate designs in blue, green and yellow. The candlestick has inlaid colours of dark and light blue, yellow and green, most noticeably on the base. The triangular base is held up bu three feet with relief lion heads, these are Eastern in style. The candlestick would have been gilded over the copper and is one of a pair with CP37.2.

Earthenware posset pot and cover. There are sgaffito inscriptions under and beside the figures: when you do drinke do you roner[?? - probably remember] mee for I am//glast with/mettell free/then fill//mee up to/Brim/and I will make the toste to swim// Made By me/Ao1686/James/Nicholls/Ao 1687/March the 14 day'. On the cover there is an inscription 'James Nicholls Novemb[??] the day' It is a cylindrical bowl raised on four feet, two broad handles pierced with a hole; in centre of each side, a short spout below the rim fed from holes at the base; it ihas a shallow domed cover pierced with two holes. The exterior is covered all-over with a yellow slip, applied and sgraffito decoration. On the bowl there are four men in tricorne hats carrying spears, their arms projecting. The hollow spout tubes are concealed by bows, they and the handles are surrounded by applied wavy bands. There are short wavy bands on the handles and sgraffito detailing on the figures and bows. The cover is surmounted by various four- and two-legged figures (now all either lacking heads or missing altogether); sgaffito detailing.

Earthenware box and cover. The box has a cream coloured body with a blue-tinted glaze. It is a slightly tapered cylindrical body with a squared footrim and a screw-on overlapping the flat cover. It is painted in coloured enamels: red, pink, yellow, green, blue and greyish-black. On body there are two Bristol flower sprays, one with Fifield-type tulip, pink rose, red/pink/yellow chrysanthemum, blue daisies, etc; the other one with rose and chrysanthemum but tulip replaced with stylised pink & yellow flower; on the cover there is another spray with tulip, rose and blue/pink/yellow chrysanthemum; yellow butterfly. the rims are blue and there is a blue line above the base. Monogram between the sprays in reddish-brown: 'WP' within a scalloped oval surround.

Stoneware tobacco jar. Inscribed/stamped into the main body of the jar: 'James Wilson. America. Feb, 16th, 1881' It has a cylindrical body with heavy moulding around the top and bottom. It has a high-domed cover with a conical finial. The jar is disc-form pressed with a flat base and concave upper surface. It is hollow with a tapered grip with a ridged surface. The lid has moulded sprigged decoration on the lid. There are moulded flowers and leaves on the body as well as a two lion-mask loop. At the top centre of the body of the jar there is a banner with 'tobacco' embossed on it.

Glazed earthenware jug and cover. Inscribed opposite handle in brown script: 'J[or I]..Copp'. The jug has a squat fat baluster shape with a flat screw-on cover and an angular handle with scrolled-up terminals. Blue-tinted glaze. It is painted in coloured enamels - orange-red, pinks, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown and on each side there is a a blowsy flower spray, one with tulip, two roses, etc, the other with tulip, chrysanthemum, heartsease, etc. There is a blue narrow band below the rim and above the base and detailing on handle. On the cover there is a three-pink-flower branch and blue edge.

Inscribed: 'O moft merryfull god that didst cure, all thofe that weare mortally stunge in the wilderness they but- accordinge to they ordinance behoulding the brafen serpent be pleafed likervyfe to pardon all theyre- finnes that in fayth looke vpp to fefus chrift and come to receaue his bleffed ordinance the earneft of - theyre redemption purchafed by his better death and paffion to whom be all glorye and thanks amen' The flagon is tall and cylindrical with a large s-scroll sweeping handle. The base tapers out. The rim of the flagon and lid has an embossed design of intricate ovals and flowers. The lid is dome shaped with a flamboyant finial. It is attached with a hinge to the handle. This hinge is decorated with a two side face with wings. Possibly a putto/angel.

Beefeechinge.thee.to resceue in to the number of' 'Thine. elect whofoeue...of. yt. that greater mistery. of thine redempcon and that for. Crifter Jake. Amen. St Warboroms.' (cannot read full inscription from images) The tazza is constructed of a shallow bowl which sits on a stem. The central stem is Scotia shaped with a ovolo shape in the middle. The stem sits on a round base. The tazza is engraved in intricate designs. In the interior of the bowl there is a biblical figure holding a large key and a book (likely to be saint Peter). In the background there is a church with a spire and a tree. This scene is surrounded by a decorative circle with three foliate scrolls of flowers and sprigs (top, left and right of the circle). The outer circumference of the interior of the bowl is decorated with a simplified foliate design. The stem of the tazza is decorated with embossed patterns of circles, lines, ovals and flowers. The base is decorated with swags, foliate designs and fruit. The body of the bowl is inscribed with the above.

Inside painted in blue in centre is 'One // Bowl more // And then' within a bianco-sopra-bianco scalloped lozenge; it has a deep bianco-sopra-bianco border of three shaped motifs filled with a trellis alternating with a leaf flourish. On the exterior there is a chinoiserie landscape with a square building, a willow tree on a rock, a pagoda, a bamboo tree with cracked-ice fences, a sprouting rock and a smaller motif of a sprouting rock.
