I Promise to pay the Bearer on Demand the Sum of ONE POUND Value Rec.d Bristol the [18] day of [Apl 182[1] For C[1031] One Browne, Cavenagh, Browne, Bayly. Ent.d [A.M.Newell] [Henry Browne] The paper is very dirty with age and has turned a green colour inplaces, it is creased and the edges are torn.
