Woven pandanus waistband which has been machine stitched onto a cotton backing, stitched in places to the waistband of the skirt. Waistband has 8 fibre rosettes and a nut shell centre. Attached to the waistband are loops of nut shells with a natural fibre tassel attached. One loose tassel. Several loose nut shells.
